New in the sketchbook..."Teen Power!"
This was the scene at a bus stop in Oakland last week. One minute it was quiet and peaceful as I checked emails on my phone, then a swarm of teens invaded the atmosphere. You know me, I couldn't whip out my sketchbook and pen fast enough to document they're social gang-up.

A drawing I did at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. This is actually a view of the back of the Ferry building. It was a really cold day but I had lots of fun. I started the drawing with the circles in the clock tower and right then I knew I was on to something. I like the way the drawing turned out. I also like the way my signature looks like another structure in the composition.
THanks for viewing ;)

Coffee "Shoportage" Drawing
DId this today at the Starbucks around the corner from my studio. I love the way it came out. I have been reportaging away lately. 80
This sketch was a challenge because I did on 3 separate sheets of paper. I was also working on a tiny round table with my laptop and wacom pad sucking up majority the space. I worked the heaven out of that little pen (bless it's barrel). I wanted to get more people into the drawing in this one. I managed to squeeze 14 folks in there.
Scanning it into photoshop and putting it all together was another episode ;)
Thanks for viewing!
